教学目标 Course Objectives
This course aims to familiarize students with the two major modules of GRE: Verbal Reasoning & Analytical Writing,
helping them build the skills for dealing with this demanding exam. Throughout the course, the instruction will feature
scientific mnemonic devices and tactics for reading comprehension. The writing coaching part will teach methods for
coping with issue tasks and argument tasks. Based on this foundation, the course attempts to develop students’ verbal
reasoning and analytical writing ability.

预达学习成果 Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will have enlarged considerably their vocabulary, mastered the skills for
cracking reading comprehension questions, improved their logical thinking, and become proficient in writing academic
articles.
