为本科生介绍在分子水平对遗传物质的操纵,实现改造和利用生命体系的理论和技术。
To introduce basic concepts and technologies of genetic material manipulation for the purpose of modifying and utilizing
living systems.

通过本课程,学生将系统学习基因工程所涉及的各项基本技术,掌握技术背后的原理,概念,常规操作流程及应用,了解
基因工程在基因编辑,功能基因组学等方面的最新进展。
The audience will acquire comprehensive knowledge about the basic principles of genetic engineering, master the
principles and procedures behind key tools and techniques of genetic engineering, and get familiar with recent advance
in the field such as gene editing and functional genomics.
